How to Choose the Right Vehicle

Four questions narrow it down quickly.

👥

Start With Headcount

Up to 15: Sprinter van or limousine. Up to 38: minibus. 15–40 for celebrations: party bus. Up to 56: charter bus. Larger groups travel in multiple vehicles on one schedule.

🧳

Plan for Luggage and Gear

Long trips, airport runs, and sports teams need storage — charter buses and minibuses have the most room for bags and equipment.

Questions About Our Vehicles

Which vehicle should I choose for my group?
Start with your headcount. Groups up to 15 are best suited to a Sprinter van or limousine, mid-sized groups up to 38 to a minibus, and larger groups up to 56 to a full-size charter bus. For celebrations where the ride is part of the fun, a party bus fits 15–40 guests. Tell us your group size and occasion and we'll recommend the right fit.
How much does it cost to rent a vehicle?
As a planning guide, Sprinter vans and limousines start around $90–$150/hour, party buses around $150–$300/hour, and minibuses and charter buses run about $1,000–$2,200/day. Your driver is included in every charter quote, and your exact price depends on distance, hours, group size, and date. Your quote spells out the costs that apply — request a free quote.
What amenities are included on your vehicles?
Amenities vary by vehicle but commonly include air conditioning, reclining padded seats, sound systems, and luggage storage. Select vehicles add Wi-Fi, power outlets, onboard restrooms, entertainment screens, LED lighting, and refreshment areas. We'll confirm what's on board when you book.
Who drives the vehicles?
Every charter booking includes a professional driver for the vehicle you choose. If your organization requires insurance certificates or driver documentation, tell us when you request a quote.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible options?
Tell us about passengers who use wheelchairs or need step-free boarding when you request a quote, and we'll confirm the accessible vehicle options available for your trip.
How far in advance should I reserve a vehicle?
For planned trips, 1–2 weeks ahead usually secures your preferred vehicle, and 3–4 weeks is ideal for peak seasons and weekends. For short-notice trips, call us and we'll check availability.
